For those who are wondering why Barbara’s special: She’s part of the fabulous slam poetry grouping The Fugitives who I saw several times in Leeds some years back. I was high for a good two weeks after their first performance — super intelligent, fun, cheeky and very real poetry and music.
welcome back to the new and improved (I hope) year. Hopefully everyone had a chance to eat too much, sleep to little and generally feel exhausted. That’s at least my way of starting the year & it seems to be paying off already!
